what are the shipping options and costs within the us? we offer the following shipping methods for all orders in the united states:

do you ship internationally? at this time, we only ship within the united states.

are your wireless power banks compatible with iphone and android? yes. all our wireless power banks support qi wireless charging for both iphone and android devices. many models are magsafe and qi2 compatible for strong magnetic attachment and faster charging on supported iphones.
what charging speeds do your wireless power banks offer? our wireless power banks typically support up to 15w qi/qi2 wireless charging. they also include wired ports (usb-c / usb-a) with pd fast charging up to 22.5w or higher. exact speeds vary by model — please check the product page.
can i charge multiple devices at once? yes, most models allow simultaneous wireless charging and wired charging for multiple devices (phone + earbuds + watch).
how do i use the wireless charging feature? simply place your qi-compatible phone on the wireless charging surface (or let it snap magnetically if it has magsafe/qi2). no cables needed for wireless mode.
are the wireless power banks safe to use? yes. all our products include multiple safety protections against overcharging, overheating, short-circuit, and foreign object detection.
orders & returns
what is your return policy? we offer a 30-day return policy. if you’re not satisfied with your wireless power bank, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original condition required, including all accessories and packaging). return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.
how do i return or exchange an item? contact our support team with your order number. we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
do you offer warranty? yes. every wireless power bank comes with at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. some models may have extended warranty — check the product page for details.
